The Thoreau Club is the eleventh location for the Boston-based Physical and Occupational Therapy company. Joint Ventures was established in 2005, with its first location in Kenmore Square, Boston. Since its inception, owners Dave Larson and Dan Brownridge opened nine additional clinics in Boston, Brookline/Allston, Cambridge, Wellesley, Wayland, Quincy, Leominster, and now Concord. Joint Ventures has a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, including their 1-on-1 model in private treatment rooms with board-certified therapists trained in orthopedics, sports medicine, pelvic health, aquatic therapy, dry needling, and several other highly sought-after specialized industry treatments.
