I currently teach Fusion, and Yoga. I am passionate about offering group classes that are motivating, inclusive and most of all FUN! I believe every person can be successful in a group class no matter how they are feeling, in body and spirit on a certain day.
With this in mind I offer many options for moves, and I encourage members to come to me before or after class for help with options or to let me know any concerns they have with taking the class. My goal is to have everyone leave my classes feeling longer, leaner, inspired, and confident!
I’d like to share a few tips on ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle:
1. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
2. Know there is no perfect way to exercise, try new things - honor your body each time you exercise, knowing when to ramp up or when to slow down.
