Book Training with AndyI hold a BS in Kinesiology and personal trainer certification from The American Fitness Institute. I prefer to incorporate strength conditioning and high intensity circuit exercises to help individuals reach their fitness goals. Conditioned athletes through beginning exercisers, regardless of age, will benefit from my fresh and thoughtful approach using free weights, machines, balance techniques and flexibility challenges. I also try to provide clients with nutritional guidance to aid in their workout progress.
