STUDIO FITNESS CLASSES
Get fit, stay strong, and exercise with our Group Fitness instructors and group fitness workouts in Studio 1, Studio 3, Cycle Studio, & Outdoors! From resistance training and working major muscle groups to Zumba classes and high-intensity interval training (HITT) classes, our fitness coaches help you to achieve improved strength and muscle tone.
AQUAFIT CLASSES
Aquafit is one of the best ways to stay fit and injury free outside of the studio gyms and traditional cardio group exercise classes because there is little to no impact on your joints. These water workouts will have you exercising lots of different muscle groups, so it’s a great all-round workout without over-exerting anything because of the water support.
