The Titleist Performance Institute has developed a streamlined method to determine how your physical strengths and weaknesses affect your golf swing. We use 16-point movement analysis to measure hip and shoulder mobility, balance, and muscular activation. We then create a personalized program to increase power, mobility, and stability to help you hit the ball more consistently and to help keep your back feeling great all season.
